Vintage Winnie the Pooh valance which is new in the package. It is 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It is 80" long by 14" tall ( 203 cm by 35 cm). The packaging is worn, the cardboard insert is bent, and there are loose specs of dirt/dust/debris inside the packaging. There is a tear/hole in the plastic, and there are marks on the plastic.
