Vintage Thomas and Friends standard pillowcase which is 65% polyester and 35% cotton. It is a little faded (especially the dark colors), worn along the edges/stitching, and has a few small whitish marks. There are multiple light whitish line marks (fold/crease lines), a few small blemishes, and tiny white marks.
