Vintage JC Penney twin flat sheet with embroidered hem -New in package

Vintage JC Penney solid white twin flat sheet from 2000 which is new in the package. It is 100% cotton, and has a 250 thread count. The plastic packaging is worn, and the cardboard insert is torn. The plastic is open along the top edge, but it does not look like it has ever been taken out of the plastic. There is a slit/hole in the plastic on the front, and it has some loose dust/debris inside the plastic.
