Vintage Cabbage Patch Kids standard pillowcase from 1983 which is 80% polyester and 20% cotton. It has some thread snags, a few missing thread spots, and a yellowish stain. The colors are a little streaky/worn. On one of their faces, someone drew in freckles with a pen/marker.
