Construction Site twin comforter

Construction site twin comforter. It is pilling, has multiple thread spots, and is worn along the edges. There are light whitish marks, a few tiny holes, and a small hole. It has thread snags, some stitching is undone, and the filling has settled unevenly (mostly lumpy around some of the edges). I didn't notice this at first, but when I washed it, there was a lot of cat or dog hair in the lint trap. I went over it on both sides with a lint roller afterwards, but I might've missed some. I'd much rather a person not buy it because of that then be unpleasantly surprised.
