Vintage "Spring Tulips" by Vintage Home floral twin bed skirt from 1999 which is new in the package. It is 100% cotton, and measures 39" by 76" (99 cm by 193 cm). The plastic packaging is worn with old sticker residue, clear tape, and faded sharpie writing. The cardboard insert is worn and bent.
