Vintage Precious Moments "Purrfect Grandma" nursery wall decor or kitchen trivet

Vintage Precious Moments " Purrfect Grandma" small plush square from 1997 which is about 6.75" by 6.75" (17 cm by 17 cm). I'm not exactly sure what it is supposed to be, my guess in a nursery decoration, trivet, or pot holder. My camera had a hard time picking up the exact colors. It has a small light stain on the front, and a couple small yellowish stains on the backside. There are thread snags, tiny marks, and it looks a little discolored in areas.
