Vintage Teddy Bear small quilted blanket

Vintage Teddy Bear small quilted blanket which is about 38" long by 37" wide. My camera had a hard time picking up the exact colors. On the backside, a tag reads "Made with Tender Loving Care by St Andrew Quilters". The edges are not completely square.

The front side is faded, and has extremely light pilling. There are thin spots, thread snags, and loose threads. It has a tiny hole, a few missing thread spots, and a couple line marks. It has exposed stitching and tiny marks. The backside is a light pink, and it has heavy pilling.
