Vintage Tweety Bird valance from 2000 which is 70% polyester and 30% cotton. It is about 85" long and 16" tall. My camera had a hard time picking up the exact colors. It has small whitish marks/thin spots, a hard crease, and it is worn along the edges/stitching. There are light fold/crease lines, loose threads on ends, and multiple marks/stains. It is faded in areas, and is very thin.
