Vintage Sue Dreamer moon and teddy bear small quilted blanket which is about 49" tall by 39.5" wide (124 cm by 99 cm). The text on the blanket reads "I see the moon, and the moon sees me. God bless the moon, and God bless me". It has light pilling in areas, a few thread snags, and is sewn a little unevenly. There are some loose threads, and undone stitching in areas. It has a light whitish mark, a small white mark, and a tiny hole. It is worn along the edges.
