Hello Kitty Christmas themed fabric from 2003 -about half a yard

Hello Kitty Christmas themed fabric from 2003 which measures about 17.5" long by 43" wide (44 cm by 109 cm). It feels like a cotton fabric. It is fraying on the cut edges, and some of the white in areas has a reddish tint (maybe from color bleeding). My camera had a hard time picking up the exact colors.
